By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. happy918 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the 21+ requirement cannot be verified.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the happy918 Platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, happy918 may close all associated Accounts, void any pending Wagers, and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held therein.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly should any information change. happy918 bears no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by a Player.
3.4 KYC Verification. happy918 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of your national identification card, passport, or proof of address — before withdrawals are processed or at any time happy918 deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the happy918 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. happy918 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in all locations. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited must not register or use the Platform.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

4.4 happy918 personnel will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from happy918 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
5.1 Deposits. happy918 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other methods displayed on the Platform from time to time. All Account Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Platform and are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification completion, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with the Platform's anti-money laundering procedures. Processing times vary by payment method and Account tier. happy918 does not charge a withdrawal fee, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. happy918 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
5.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. happy918 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account Balances in accordance with applicable law. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by happy918 are subject to individual terms, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions (for sportsbook bonuses), validity period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money funds before any withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds is permitted.
6.3 happy918 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-term, any qualifying activity completed prior to withdrawal will be assessed on a proportional basis at happy918's reasonable discretion.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting any technical error in a promotion — is prohibited. happy918 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings in cases of suspected abuse.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the happy918 Platform:
happy918 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, void associated Wagers and Balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the happy918 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphical elements, text, logos, and the "happy918" brand name — is the exclusive property of happy918 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from happy918.
9.1 happy918 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from technical faults.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, happy918 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gaming losses, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit happy918's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.2 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting happy918 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise specified.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which happy918 holds its international gaming licence.
